Energy Balancing
For me, yoga is a form of energy balancing for the body, mind, and soul. I believe that our physical, mental, and emotional state is always changing and that our yoga practice should be adapted to this.
My classes are designed to help you find yourself again and bring you back into communication with your body. Traditional to modern yoga asanas, music, breathing, and guided meditations support this process. My classes tend to be very calming and relaxing whilst being strong at the same time. Most importantly, my classes are here to support you, wherever you are in that moment.
