Life Doesn't Need to be Hard to be Good
Sometimes life just needs to be good.
You might think dah— of course not. But think about it — how often do we push ourselves, and force ourselves through hardship, with the end goal to make life better?
And why? Because we think we need to do x now in order to reach y, in order to be happy.
Oftentimes though, we benefit from some flow time, some grounding time, and some all in all off-time.
I know that my biggest breakthroughs, whether that be professional or personal have come from sitting back for a moment and giving the universe the possibility to do its thing.
By trying to control every step of the way, we might make life harder than it needs to be. Often, when we take a step back, new possibilities, or shall I say unseen possibilities present, and life just starts flowing.
Think back on your life. When you actually reached your goals, manifested your dreams, or however you want to call it — were you under stress and strain, or were you at ease and in your natural flow?
I, for sure, know that for me things have always started to flow when I let go.
